Omada's Diabetes Prevention Support
Omada's Diabetes Prevention Support is a personalized program designed to help you reach your health goals—whether that’s losing weight or improving your overall health. It combines real human support with the latest technology so you can make lasting changes, one step at a time.
If you are enrolled in a WGU medical plan, you and your eligible dependents have access to Omada's Diabetes Prevention Support, (a Cigna Partnership), for those with a pre-diabetes and diabetes diagnosis, as well as hypertension. Eligible participants can also access Omada for Musculoskeletal, which is for joint and muscle conditions.
To participate in Omada programs, you must be enrolled in a Cigna medical plan. The minimum age limit for Omada's Diabetes Prevention Support is 18, while the minimum age limit for Omada for Musculoskeletal is 13. If you or your covered adult dependents are enrolled in a WGU medical plan offered through Cigna and are accepted into the program, you'll receive the program at no additional cost.
